I have worked with multiple higher education institutions from EU, China, UK and UAE, SWISS on strategy, from identity and positioning to alignment with national policies and governance structures.

I support the shift to competency-based education, including curriculum redesign, student-centred learning, assessment, and ethical AI in education. I have trained over 500 professionals in higher education.

My work in internationalisation includes strategy, policy development, and talent attraction, as well as alignment with international standards.

I also support international partnerships with leading universities (top 100/200), including 2+2, 2+3, 3+1, and 3+2 models.

In academic quality, I have supported AACSB, AMBA, BGA, EQUIS, and EFMD accreditation processes, as well as national frameworks, and contributed to ESG-aligned quality assurance standards in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As a result, I developed the 3Es Series to support more advanced higher education structures, improve process efficiency, and optimise resource allocation. It helps align programmes with market demand and strengthen university–industry collaboration.

The program ensures a coherent program design and educational concept, including program design, competency mapping, and a comprehensive program introduction with the systematic development of complete course outlines aligned with the mapped competencies and the detailed learning outcomes.

An integrated evaluation concept is embedded, covering the evaluation system, evaluation methods, and evaluation schedule, ensuring the effective measurement of learning outcomes and the transfer of competencies in alignment with the program framework.

Lastly an coherent Knowledge management system to demonstrate both the information and communication flow as well as the relevant transfer of competencies from intended stage to the achieve competencies: KMS introduction, syllabus structure, lesson plans and lesson observation forms for students, peers and leadership.

I have contributed to a wide range of EU-funded and international projects in higher education, research, and social development, working with universities, public institutions, and cross-sector partnerships.

My experience spans project management, research, and expert roles in initiatives focused on career development, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, QA in HE and educational reform and policy drafting. I have supported the design and implementation of programmes aligned with European standards, including consultancy for entrepreneurs and curriculum development, lifelong learning frameworks, and school–family–community partnerships.

I have also worked as a trainer and counselor, delivering practical support for entrepreneurs, professionals and students focused on employability and skills development, particularly in disadvantaged areas and rural contexts. My involvement in international projects includes consultancy, project coordination, events organization, and training for entrepreneurs, research, curriculum design under European Commission programmes and contributions to policy-oriented research on social cohesion and education systems.

Through this work, I combine strategic insight with hands-on implementation, ensuring that projects deliver measurable impact, institutional alignment, and long-term sustainability.

I’ve led the design and development of education systems from early childhood through university level, integrating academic programs, experiential learning, and ed-tech to build scalable, high-impact ecosystems.Key initiatives include:

  • Developed premium EYFS-aligned preschool systems (Alpha School Program & Mini Park),Teaching Training Systems and Educational Entrainment Activities and Events listed real estate group in HK with strong growth outcomes operating on over 8 newly built residential areas + 2 nurseries, 2 afterschool centres, one teaching center and 1 kindergarten.

  • Designed and led the implementation of experiential learning programs for children under 10, focused on creativity and foundational skills in over 20 centres.

  • Built blended maker edu-tech systems and programs for 9–16 y.o, combining robotics, programming, and project-based STEM learning.

  • Created multiple competency-based higher education programs with career pathways aligned to accreditation standards and workforce needs.
